I recently had a roof leek due to a clogged dryer vent and a big snow storm. My husband was out of town and it was around 5pm when it caused my dryer to catch on fire.
Luckily I caught it in time and we were able to put out the fire!
I was concerned about the water coming in from the melting snow as there was a huge ceiling bubble forming and rain was in the forecast!
I called Gregg Glenn at A Better Roofing Co. and caught him at home while he was eating dinner with his family. I told him my situation and he actually came right over to fix the problem. He did as much as he could before it got dark to help.
Gregg even climbed up on our very high roof in the dark and wind! Gregg promised to return first thing in the morning to complete the repair! I asked Gregg if I could pay him for his visit and he said no, we could square up later!
Gregg showed up at 9 am as promised the next morning and repaired my roof and dryer vent. I have to tell you that I was expecting a pretty big bill and that I was shocked at how reasonable his price was! Right around 200.00 for all that work!!
I wanted to share another quick story, the night before Gregg repaired our roof one of my kids kicked his and a neighbor friends ball on the roof. I promised to ask Gregg to get the balls down, but I forgot to ask him to do so.
When my son came home from school he was thrilled to find the soccer balls on our porch! Gregg had gotten the balls down without having to be asked. How nice!
I would definitely hire A Better Roofing Co. for any future repairs, and you should too!

You went out of your way to get me shingles from the manufacturer of my choice, which meant you had to establish credit with a new supplier to do it. You brought me several samples to choose from and guided me along the way. You made the process so easy. From the time you came out to look at my house until you finished the final cleanup you handled the job so professionally. Also I have to tell you Gregg, that your roofing crew was incredible. I’ve never seen a group of men who were more courteous, or had a better work ethic. Those guys worked from sun up until it was dark… and then some. The job was done in just a couple of days and when you left there was no evidence that you had even been there, except that I had a great looking roof. I’d recommend you and your crew to anyone who needs new roof. Have them call me. Dealing with “A Better Roofing Company” was certainly the best choice that I could have made.
